[MPASI 8 Bulan] Tim Kentang Salmon

Bahan:
1 butir kentang, kukus, haluskan
1 sdm daging cincang, kukus, haluskan
1 sdm salmon, rendam dengan air jeruk nipis, suwir
2-3 lembar daun sawi hijau, rajang
1 sdt garlic EVOO
30-50 ml kaldu homemade cair

Cara:
– susun dalam pinggan tahan panas kentang di bagian dasar, daging di atasnya, kemudian salmon, dan sawi di bagian teratas
– siram dengan garlic EVOO dan air kaldu
– kukus selama 15-20 menit
